Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Innove Biz platform and API. By creating an account or using an API key, you agree to them.

1. The service

Innove Biz provides search outcome intelligence: keyword and SERP measurement, forecasting, content operations, monitoring, reporting, and an accompanying API. Features and limits per subscription are described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for activity under your accounts and API keys. Keep keys secret; scoped keys can be rotated or revoked at any time from the console.
• Each subscription is for one customer account. Reselling platform access without a written agreement is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not scrape, probe, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its data providers.
• When you connect a Google Ads account, you must comply with the Google Ads API policies as they apply to your use; we describe our own compliance in our Google Ads integration disclosure.

4. Data ownership and provider data

• You own your account data. We use it only to provide the service per our privacy policy.
• Metric and observation data supplied by third-party providers is licensed to you for use within the platform and your own campaign work; it may carry provider restrictions on redistribution that apply to you as they apply to us.
• Data accessed from your Google Ads account is used solely to provide the service to you; it is not sold or shared.

5. Forecasts and model output

Forecasts, simulations, and scores are model estimates with stated confidence. They are decision support, not guarantees of campaign performance. You remain responsible for campaign decisions and for reviewing AI-assisted content before publication.

6. Availability and support

Service health depends in part on connected provider availability. Current health and explicit unavailable states are shown in the product. Support is provided via support@innovebiz.com.

7. Fees, renewal, termination

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach (including provider policy violations) with notice where practicable.
• You can export or delete your account data at any time; after account closure we retain data for 30 days, then delete it per our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" except for the express commitments in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced at least 14 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
