Privacy policy

Innove Biz ("we", "us") provides search outcome intelligence software. This policy explains what personal and account data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, account name, and role you give us when registering or when an administrator invites you.
• API credentials: hashed API keys you generate; OAuth refresh tokens if you connect external accounts (see §4).
• Project data: the keywords, domains, markets, SERP observations, metrics, forecasts, reports, and settings you create in your account projects.
• Operational data: job logs, audit trails, cost metering records, and security events needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use data

• To provide the service: compute metrics, forecasts, monitoring, and reports for your account.
• To secure and operate the platform: authentication, quotas, abuse prevention, billing metering.
• To communicate service updates, security notices, and (with consent) product news.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train models for other customers.

3. Storage, retention, and security

• Account data is stored in isolated internal tenants in our PostgreSQL databases, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• API keys are stored only as hashes. Audit trails are append-only.
• Retention: account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after closure (for restoration), then deleted. Audit and billing records are kept as long as legally required.
• Access by our staff is role-restricted, logged, and only for support or security purposes you request or that are necessary to operate the service.

4. Google Ads integration & Limited Use disclosure

If you connect a Google Ads account, we access it via OAuth 2.0 with the minimum scopes needed, as described in our Google Ads API disclosure. Specifically:

• After the Google Ads integration launches, we receive and store keyword ideas and historical planning metrics for your connected account to support your private campaign project.
• Innove Biz's use of information received from Google Ads APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• We do not transfer Google Ads data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (for example, our hosted database provider, under contract), to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
• Humans do not review your Google Ads data except with your consent, for security incident response, or as required by law.
• You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from the console or by emailing privacy@innovebiz.com; disconnection stops all further API access immediately and stored Google Ads data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Third-party processors

We use a minimal set of processors to operate the service: cloud hosting, database hosting, transactional email, and error monitoring. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. Where provider data is licensed from third parties (for example search-result observation services), their terms govern redistribution, and we pass those restrictions on to customers.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing privacy@innovebiz.com. We respond within 30 days. Account administrators can export or purge account data directly from the console.

7. Cookies

The console uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage for session and interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced by email to account administrators and in the console at least 14 days before they take effect.
